Wakefield Herb Gathering
Vending Opportunity
Thank you for your interest in vending at the Wakefield Herb Gathering. We are interested in hosting vendors who have handmade, local goods for sale. This may include products made from plants, textiles, pottery, and other art or crafts.
We welcome you to participate in any of the workshops that interest you.
Here is the information you need:

You will need to bring everything you need to set up. This includes tables, chairs, tents (if you want one), etc.

There will be no electricity available to you and the internet may be spotty.

We ask that you be at the site by 8:30 am on the morning of the gathering to set up. Our opening ceremony begins at 9:30 and we would love to have you there for it.

The cost of vending at the Gathering is the ticket price ($95.00 for an early bird ticket available until 31 mai. After 31 mai the tickets $125.00) plus a $35.00 vender’s fee.

We estimate there will be between 100 and 150 people at the Gathering.

Work Exchange
Here is what you need to know about the work exchange:

To help with administration costs, there is a $40.00 fee to be part of the work exchange.

We will try our best to make it possible for you to attend the workshops you are interested in.

The work exchange is up to 6 hours of work.

Your work may include: helping with set up, helping with clean-up, registration, checking on port-a-potties, helping out with contests like the Fire Cider tasting and the botanical bonnet, as well as being available to help out during the event for other things that come up.

We ask that you arrive at the site at 8am on the day of the Gathering.

Please expect to spend up to two hours after the Gathering to help with clean-up.
